Ace Agencies Ltd. has been selling Abbotsford homes since 1969. When the CENTURY 21 system came to Canada, in mid 1975, the owners of Ace Agencies recognized the extra marketing value available to their clients that this franchise affiliation would bring. Similarly, Visser's Realty Ltd., selling Abbotsford real estate since 1965, recognized the value CENTURY 21 could bring their clients, and also acquired a franchise. Both companies operated independently until 1986 when the two companies merged, bringing the strengths of both together. The name CENTURY 21 Ace Agencies Ltd. was retained focusing on selling Abbotsford homes, Abbotsford real estate sales, property management and mortgage advise. The merger continues to bring to the table a wealth of experience in real estate marketing, market analysis and related real estate services.

CENTURY 21 Ace Agencies Ltd., is proud to be a community builder. Abbotsford is now the fifth largest community in British Columbia, but still retains its rural heritage.
