PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - rentals, strata management

Our property management department is fully licensed and bonded. All of the managers, Rental or Strata, are Licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia.

We specialize in single family residences, single apartments, (usually condo's - not multi unit rental apartments), or townhomes. You can find our available properties in the Abbotsford News, classitieds under 'Rentals" then 'Houses For Rent', (or, whichever type of accomodation suits).

To property owners: we reference check all prospective tenants; we also do credit check/searches. We give monthly statements of account and report. We also file the necessary Revenue Canada reports (Non Resident Remittance) for out of Country owners.

We do not get involved in short term, vacation type rentals. We do, however, have a contact in the Shushwap District of British Columbia, Kamloops to Salmon Arm, that does vacation type property management. Strata Management :

We offer experienced, licensed and bonded strata property management. Competative pricing - professional management. Rates differ with size of Strata Corporation, project difficulties, and requirements. Call on us for a quote and to arrange for a presentation.

General rental information:

A 3 bedroom, one or two bath, single family residence rents from $1000 to $1750 (Canadian) per month. If you go to the 'view our listings' site, the price range from $300,000 to $450,000 (Canadian) will give you an idea of what to expect for that rental amount. Two bedroom apartments typically rent for $750 to $1250 (Canadian) per month depending on size, age of building, amenities and location.

Prospective tenants: The residential rental market is reasonably brisk with a vacancy rate traditionally below 3% on single family residences. Currently, vacancy rates are at about 1% on single family residences and less than 1% on apartments. Contact us (as above) to inquire about product availability.
